Team 4 Training Schedule:
4 times weekly training year round
Wednesday 05:00 pm - 07:00 pm (2.0 hours) Technique training
Friday 05:00 pm - 07:00 pm (2.0 hours) Technique training
Saturday 10:00 am - 12:00 pm (2.0 hours) Ladder (Internal matches)
Sunday 01:00 pm - 02:30 pm ( 1.5 hours) Fitness (All teams together)
