• Week 1: June 29 - July 3 (4 DAYS; Wednesday is Canada Day)

• Week 2: July 6 - 10

• Week 3: July 13 - 17

• Week 4: July 20 - 24

• Week 5: July 27 - July 31

• Week 6: August 4 - 7; (4 days; Monday is Civic Holiday)

• Week 7: August 10 - 14

• Week 8: August 17 - 21

• Week 9: August 24 - 28

• Week 10: August 31 - September 4

 

Discounts - maximum of 20% combined

• Full week = 10% off

• Early bird = 10% off

  • register before May 28, 2026, with full payment for camp in July

  • register before June 25, 2026, with full payment for camp in August

• Siblings discount = 5% off (for the second child)

• Group discount = 5% discount

  • 3+ students register together with full payment

 

What to Bring

• Lunch, snacks, water

• Racquets, non-marking court shoes

 

Dress Code

• All students attending are required to wear proper attire and non-marking court shoes

• Students who are not properly dressed will NOT be permitted to take part in the class and there will be NO REFUNDS as a result of non-compliance with the dress code

 

Notes

• Early drop-off is available at 8:30am for free

• Late pick-up is available up to 4pm for free

• Later pick-up between 4-6pm is available for $15/day

• Shuttlecocks are provided

• Water and drinks can be purchased at the pro-shop

 

Payment Policy

• All sales are final, with no credit or refund

• $10 administration fee for each schedule change

 

Cancellation Policy

• OBA has the right to cancel the Summer Camp on the occasion that registrations are low

• Parents will be notified through email or phone if Summer Camp is canceled
